Employment opportunities at the Douglass Psychology Child Study Center are relatively
rare, as staff turnover is quite uncommon. Head teachers and assistant teachers in both
the Jellybean Classroom and
the Gummibear Classroom must be licensed. Aides are usually
current or former Rutgers students who have completed at least one semester of the Fieldwork
